Once upon an ice cream
Il gelato fa venire in mente i ricordi di una vita vissuta, momenti importanti che faranno parte di noi per sempre... Mangiarlo è come riviverli. Il gelato diventa, in questo modo, la conclusione di quelle storie, il famoso "...e vissero felici e contenti".
Il mio obiettivo è stato quello di creare un gelato in grado di comunicare, che fosse visto come qualcosa di piacevole da assaporare, e che facesse emergere quei bei ricordi.
Un gelato con lo stesso gusto di sempre, ma con ingredienti migliori e più sani.
Un gelato in cui la tradizione e il futuro si intrecciano.

Once upon an ice cream
Ice cream brings to mind the memories of a lived life, important moments that will be part of us forever... Eating it is like reliving them. In this way, ice cream becomes the conclusion of those stories, the famous "...and they lived happily ever after".
My goal was to create an ice cream that could communicate, that was seen as something pleasant to savor, and that would bring out those good memories.
An ice cream with the same taste as always, but with better and healthier ingredients.
An ice cream in which tradition and the future are intertwined.
